"This is a unique property. Beautiful large rooms. The restaurant which is in a church setting offered one of the most particular dinners of my lifetime. I suspect they will achieve a Michelin star soon."

"This is my second time staying here, in the larger apartment. I am just as happy this time as I was the first time. Francesca is so nice, and so easy to work with, and the apartment couldn't be in a better place in Orvieto. Such a great value for the cost! I personally like the lofted bedroom area, and appreciate that there is a refrigerator and stove (for small cooking needs). The WiFi works well (in the back half of the apartment) and even though it is not air conditioned, even during the...

"After taking transportation ( bus or taxi) to the town on the hill, walking or buses were available easily. The hotel was lovely. Great view of the square. A market was set up one morning, neat but a little noisy.
I’d stay there again. "

"Lovely staff, beautiful property, great location. They recommended and made a dinner reservation at an amazing restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Loved it there and Orvieto was my favorite town on my trip to Italy. "

"Staff/service was amazing. shower was also fantastic and the room was overall comfortable. Parking was okay, they gave a 24 hour day pass which was very generous, but the lot was filled up at the end of the day"

"The hotel was a very nice experience overall. The property is quaint and unique. Great views. I opted for the breakfast and dinner option which was highly recommended. Dinner was a 4 course tasty meal with a very good deal. Breakfast could use more varieties. "

"Wonderful family-run hotel. Close to the highway, excellent cold breakfast with croissants, rolls, cakes, yoghurts, salami, fresh fruit.. Dinner hours are short but sufficient. It’s a long way from Texas, but i hope to stay there again."
