"This place requires a taxi ride to get to, but I think it is worth it. It always felt very safe in this area, unlike the downtown area which sometimes was a bit dodgy. The only problems I had here were the people smoking in the next room and I couldn't get the heat/AC to work properly - I was always too hot or too cold and this would cause me to wake up at night.
