"We are a family of 3 on a month long holiday. Booked a week here. It was the only place we stayed at with cooking facilities. Good place. Only a 10 min walk to Hakata station. Got my coffee at Fuglen which was a 5 min walk. The cooking facilities at the accommodation allowed us to cook the amazing local produce. Wagyu beef, mushrooms, etc. My questions were answered promptly so communication with the hotel was easy."

"The hotel was clean and in good condition. We travelled in group with young kids. It’s a long walk from Hakata station, so it’s not convenient to travel by foot with luggage or with young kids without stroller. We encountered problems during both check in and check out. Since it’s self check in without assistance, it took way longer than expected. The staff was helpful, but was quite troublesome with back and forth via FaceTime.
