"Good hotel for a quick stop. Right near the highway, but still only about a 15 minute walk to downtown Bellingham. The hotel is dated, nothing super luxurious, but it's clean and safe. Free breakfast is nice. Staff is friendly, price is good. I've stayed here twice, would recommend for an affordable hotel in Bellingham "

"Above grade in many respects. Kind and efficient check in/out. Large room with all appliances and good work space. Well located for access to my offsite meeting and near Costco for gas fill up. "

"The la Quinta in Bellingham was a wonderful respite at the end of a very long drive. We arrived late and had no problems with checking in or rooms and there were several of us. We tested the pool and hot tub the next day and were very pleased. The hot tub, was actually hot and comfortable. They are usually barely warm. If I am back in town, I shall put this hotel at the top of my list."
