Friendly stuff, for some reasons couldn’t find confirmation number from Expedia but the stuff handled everything perfectly and found a solution really fast. We enjoyed our stay, room was really clean!

Overall, the place looks clean from the lobby to the room. All the staffs who I encountered are warm and friendly. The only complain I have is the shower. The first room we stayed at had no hot shower, not even warm. We called the front desk, and they quickly moved us to a different room on the same floor. The water still wasn't hot, but at least warm enough for shower. Even though the location of this hotel is so closed to I-5, there is no traffic noise at all. The only noises I heard during my stay was kids running back and forth in the hallway outside my room. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again.

Friendly staff and comfortable bed. If you really need accommodations for more than 2 people, find a hotel that has 2 beds because the pull out sofa is extremely uncomfortable.

I stayed for one night with my wife and 2-year-old baby. The staff was nice and professional. We asked for a crib, and it was delivered to our room, but unfortunately, it had several yellow stains on it, which made us very uncomfortable. We asked for a different one, but they told us they only had that one. We used clean towels from our washroom to cover it. For the Hilton brand, I expected more. The room, in general, is old, and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned properly for a long time. The water in the pool was extremely salty, maybe due to too many chemicals. The water was cold, and there were yellow marks on the wall. The jacuzzi temperature was nice, and the jets were working as they should, but again, the water was dirty with gray bubbles around. Overall, the stay was nice, with pleasant staff and good breakfast, but unfortunately, the hotel needs to pay more attention to cleaning and better maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi.

really good just not great.

We were advised that housekeeping would be done every other day which was fine. What I didn't realize is that just ment make the bed and change the towels. By the end of our stay the toilet was dirty and the room needed a vacuum. I spoke to the front desk and was advised that I needed to ask for that. How would I know that? Other than that, the staff was great, breakfast okay and a nice uncongested area. It was a nice stay. we will stay again.

I gave it a three rather than a two because the staff was really great and accommodating. Probably won’t stay here again as our room had dog pee all over it. It was so stinky. We ended up moving rooms. The next room was great however, the hot water in both the rooms never got hot. The heater didn’t seem to work. It just stayed freezing the whole time Our room was not stocked very well. We ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night and then there was no cream the next morning when we went to have coffee, shampoo and conditioner were empty, and the beds are very outdated and uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable suite in North Bellingham

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and the access to Hwy 5 and the airport was great! This was my first time traveling with my senior Dad. We needed a room spacious enough for him to move around with his walker. The large bathroom and shower bench were amazing! We will stay here again!

I have nothing negative to say about Home2suites by Hilton. Very clean environment with little perks but great service. Comfortable bed and kitchenette. Easy check in and check out. Close to the airport.

Good place, bad sofabed

The staff is wonderful!!! The room is clean and modern. The only complaint is that the pull out sofa bed mattress was HORRIBLE! I literally had springs popping up and ended up putting the sofa cushions on top of the awful mattress. Other than that, great overnight stay. Front desk staff could not have been better!

The staff are great. Room and bed was comfortable. Only downfall was the pool and hot tub weren’t looking that clean. We had booked there specifically for that. There was a bunch of kids playing in there so maybe they spilled something or weren’t being clean in some way. Was a bit bummed out about that but otherwise our stay was good.
