"This is probably one of the best experiences that I have had whilst travelling. Don't be misled by the "hostel" designation of this guest house - it is really a boutique, luxury residence in the heart of Daikon Island. First and foremost, the guesthouse owner, who speaks very good English, was very kind and drove me around the whole day. He picked me up from Yonago Airport and brought me to Yuushien Garden, and to lunch and dinner. He also took me on a tour of Sakaiminato and its port, and we...
"The facilities and services are great.
Big main Onsen Bath, along with great souvenirs shop & free wine/sake offer to hotel guesses between 5-6pm.
Staffs are very polite and fluent in English.
Happy with the stay. We enjoy very much.

"Nice overnight stay in a traditional old ryokan. Last-minute booking ended us up in an awkwardly tiny room but the Onsen was lovely and good breakfast. Hostess was very helpful finding us a dinner spot. Handy location near the beach."
"This is a rather old hotel. It took us a while to locate it, because the name of the hotel was changed. Onsens were very dark, small and uninviting. Buffet dinner and breakfasts were plentiful in volume, but not in quality. It did not offer hardly any fresh sea foods. "
"Great place to stay in Matsue. Super close to the train station, an easy 15-20 min walk to the Castle District. Lots of good restaurants and konbini available nearby. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Hotel is very clean and well-run. A great place to stay."

"I was in love with this hotel the first time and subsequently stayed 2 more times for a total of 4 nights. My first room was a corner Japanese style room with lake view. I haven’t seen a more fully staffed hotel, it even has 2 parking staff directing traffic for 30 lots. The hotel has facilities like onsen, laundry, and a convenience store. My favorite is the amenities counter which is practically a buffet with things that I’ve never seen before at hotels, including cool wipes, salt tablets, shoe fresheners and toe pads. Only gripe is it is not near the station so it ’s a 10 minute bus ride and 5 min walk. "
"Nice, average hotel by the standards of our trip to Japan (as in the room was small by American standards but average by Japanese standards). Close to the train station, restaurants, etc. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful in holding on to our baggage since we arrived early. Pretty expansive Japanese breakfast in the morning."
"Staff here make a good hotel better. Front desk and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. This hotel was a good value and an excellent location "
