The family that runs this hotel are the kindest people you will ever meet. I had some health problems during my stay here, and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the medical attention I needed. As a female who was alone in a foreign country, it was very comforting to know someone was watching out for me. The hotel itself is also nice and in a safe area. It is within walking distance to various shopping areas. The rooms were charming and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I was here at Arif Bey Konağı during the 2023 earthquake. The building was totally safe and unaffected, I was so lucky to choose it. Even more important, the owner, Arzu, Nuri and all the people working there were immensely helpful to me, they took care of me in these sad and troubled moments, and they helped me to reach the airport at the end. They are so special and I wish them the best. You can rest assured that this is the best choice if you want to stay in Gaziantep.

This hotel is run by a family (2 parents and their daughter) who really makes you feel at home. They went out of their way to help make my stay in Gazientep as wonderful as possible - whether that meant local recommendations, helping me find the cheapest option to the airport, etc. in terms of location, the hotel itself was very centrally located to the most popular areas of Gazientep. In terms of facilities, the hotel room felt like a luxurious historical place and felt cozy. The one minor negative was that I felt the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned as thoroughly as it could have been and the toilet paper was mostly missing from the beginning. I would love to stay here again during my next visit and highly recommend it!

Dışarıda gece geç saatlere kadar müzik konuşma ve araba gürültüsü oluyor odanız sokağa bakıyorsa kulaklık işe yarayabilir. Banyoların temizliği idare eder fakat son gece odada 2 tane hamamböceği bulmamız baya tat kaçırdı.

Temizlik beklediğimden kötüydü odanın tuvaletinde sabun yoktu. Nevremsim yeterince temiz değildi odaya ilk baktığınızda temiz gibi görünüyor fakat konaklamaya başladıkça detayları fark ediyorsunuz. İşleten aile gerçekten çok tatlı bir aile inanılmaz sıcak kanlı güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Ama bu parayı verdikten sonra daha temiz odanın daha özenli olmasını isterdim Bir de oda inanılmaz derecede ses geçiriyor dışarıdaki insanların konuşmalarını sanki yanımda konuşuyolarmış gibi çok rahat duydum. Sıcak su vardı su ile ilgili bir problem yaşamadık. Birdaha Gaziantebe gitsem burada kalmazdım(temizlikten ve sesten dolayı)

Akşam saat 19 gibi giriş yaptık. Oda berbat derecede sigara kokuyordu. Kokudan uyuyamadım. Ki sigarasız oda tercihimiz vardı. Girişte bir bey karşıladı. Bir daha kimseyi görmedik. Oda nostaljik bir konak odasıydı. Bunu beğendim. Ama ne yazıkki hijen çok kötüydü. Perdeler pisti. Konak olduğu için pencere pervarzları içerideydi ve tozdan adınızı yazabilirsiniz.

Gaziantep’e yolu düşenlere tavsiye ederim. Bilhassa otelin eski konak kısmı ve buradaki odalar yerel ve otantik mimarisiyle hoş bir deneyim sunuyor. İşletmeci Osman bey ile maalesef ismini hatırlayamadığım resepsiyonist beyefendi çok kibar ve ilgililerdi. Ev sahiplikleri ve güleryüzleri için teşekkür ederim. Otelin konumu da çok iyi. Gaziantep’teki gezilecek mekanlara genel olarak yakın bir muhitte.

This hotel is located close to the old part of the city, walking distance to all the cool sites and great restaurants. The hotel is in an old building that has been been remodeled, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is great. But the best reason to stay here is because the owners and staff will treat you like family. They are thoughtful and kind, and when visiting Gaziantep again, we will always stay here.
