Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned "

I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. I asked for another one, and it was a little bit better, but there was no Wi-Fi there. All this time someone had to be carrying my luggage from one...

"Excellent location near all the recommended restaurants which were walking distance. Our room was suitable for our family. The room was clean and the AC and WiFi worked well.
