I am glad I made the choice to stay at Tiaraa in Manali. As we entered the front staff made us feel welcome and directed us to our room. "Advertised checkout was 10:00 AM, but staff started knocking on our door around 8:00 AM asking us to check out immediately. If the actual checkout time is 8:00 AM, it should be clearly stated. This was disappointing and quite annoying."

"This hotel claims to be 4-star however there was no heating in rooms in December. They charged exorbitant amount for rod heaters which were not heating the room. Food was good and housekeeping staff was helpful. This is fine for a 2-star hotel and should charge as such. "
