"Hiden Gem of Manali just 10 minutes walking distance from Mall Road with ample space of Parking . When we arrived at hotel , really loved the vibe and the check in process is very smooth and we requested for the room upgradation and they upgrade our room and provide us room with balcony mountain view and we don't want roadside view so we decided to choose the backside room with balcony and I must say the room and the view from the balcony was impeccable and we enjoyed the peaceful mountain view from our balcony, the sitting from the balcony is so spacious so you can even enjoye your breakfast over there. And the room has great amenities like hairdryer , hot and cold ac, mini fridge, flat screen TV and geysers. For evening entertainment they have many things like Playing zone for kids as well as for adults , beautiful lawn and a great space for private party with great sound system, evening bonfire was a key feature 😀. The food was very delicious and must appreciate for their 24×7 open restaurant services.The staff were very courteous and helpful. Overall the stay was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay at Hill river Resort by West Western.. Will surely come again very soon....highly recommended if you are coming to manali"

"The rooms are not heated so dress warm. The blankets provided were very warm.That helped .Arrived late and the property was a little difficult to find. The walls are thin and can hear people in next room well. Besides these things we had a good overall visit."

"Comfortable room, not a one minute walk to mall road. Room had no heating making it a bit cold in winter. Fantastic choice at breakfast. I was lucky to have a balcony however the taxi drivers use the road the balcony overlooked as an urinal."
