"Staff was wonderful. Hotel is older. But that gives it a Historic/Unique vibe. Hotel is safe and QUIET. Located a block away from the strip in Gatlinburg. Easy walk to shops, Restaurants and activities. Did have to pay for parking. But security was on sight. (maybe for the Bears?) Breakfast was good with a beautiful river view. We reserved a Mountian view room which is great for light sleepers."

"Clean and very nice affordable way to stay right next to the island and still be in Margaritaville. It may not be the Margaritaville Island that’s located inside the island, but this is just as nice and only a few steps away. You can still have the view if you do the island view. What’s nice it has an indoor pool if there’s bad weather outside. Free breakfast is also a plus. Very clean room and spacious."
