"The room was spacious, and the location was perfect with everything conveniently close by.However, I did encounter an issue at check‑in. I had booked a room with a kitchen, but I was informed that pets are not allowed in rooms with kitchens. Because of this, I was required to switch to a different room and was charged an additional $74. Fortunately, another room was available — otherwise, it would have been very difficult during the July 4th long weekend.There was no mention anywhere about pet restrictions for certain room types, and I’ve stayed at many hotels without encountering such a policy. I hope I can be refunded for the extra amount charged.My stay was from July 3 to July 4, 2026. I did call the hotel before booking to check on pricing of pet stay. Atleast some one could have told me about these restrictions"

"Room nice. Property said under renovation but saw no one working. Property needs to be improved. Breakfast awful. Pool area needs cleaning but considering room was nice and the good rate we paid will probably stay again and eat breakfast somewhere else"

"Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel's biggest strength is definitely its location. It was convenient to everything on "the strip"! While the hotel could use some minor updates in a few areas, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location and the excellent customer service more than made up for anything cosmetic. I especially want to recognize the outstanding front desk staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Exceptional employees like these deserve recognition: Courtney P. and Josphine! Please let them know how much we appreciate their kindness and willingness to help. They truly made a positive difference in our experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely consider staying here again because of the incredible staff and unbeatable location!"

"Staff was friendly and helpful no matter the time, day or night. Room and common areas where clean although the rooms need updated. Love the buildings charm. Can walk to the parkway, also a free trolley that runs by the hotel that you can hop a ride on. Would definitely stay again."

"My family's stay at the Creekstone Inn was mostly enjoyable. Check-in was quick and easy, although we did need to drive a couple of blocks to reach the building where our room was located. This wasn't a problem for us, but it may be worth noting for future guests. We visited over the Fourth of July weekend, so parking was somewhat limited. The room was clean, spacious, and larger than most hotel rooms we've stayed in. One of the highlights was the private balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River. We enjoyed watching the beautiful scenery, ducks, and even a few groundhogs. The complimentary breakfast was decent and offered a good start to the day. One inconvenience was the limited number of ice machines—only two for five floors. The machine on the first floor was barely functioning during our stay, so we ended up purchasing ice elsewhere. Given the extremely hot weather that weekend, this was a bit frustrating. The pool area was enjoyable, although the lounge chairs have definitely seen better days and could use some updating. We also appreciated the complimentary tubing on the river. However, due to the holiday crowds, we had to wait a few hours for tubes to become available. Overall, Creekstone Inn was a pleasant place to stay. While there were a few minor inconveniences, the spacious accommodations, river views, and family-friendly amenities made for a positive experience. I would consider staying there again."
