"Breakfast was nice and the pool was great. Always fresh towels available. My only issue was the bed. Some like a hard/firm mattress but I can't sleep on them so thats a personal preference. I did ask for a topper and that was delivered but not a lot of help. Again its a personal preference. We have stayed at both locations and enjoyed our stay."

"We can only talk highly about our experience at the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, my son loved sleeping on the pull out sofa. We had a nice view to the outside pool. Liked having room service come in everyday, it’s hard to find now days. But I just love having fresh towels and a bed made for me for a change. Bed was very comfy as well."

"Our room was very clean and comfortable,the staff was courteous and professional. We didn't try the continental breakfast,but enjoyed coffee in our room. Overall a very enjoyable stay at a reasonable price. Highly recommend."
Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge

"The line to check in at the wilderness was insanely long! I was able to go to The property across the street Stone Hill to check in with no wait. Stone Hill had a small pool only open on weekends unfortunately. We didn’t get a chance to go to it. The rooftop pool was nice but really small. All staff we encountered was nice."

"Exceptional staff! Everyone we encountered went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay! Property is amazing for families! We had 3 grandchildren with us and only stayed one night and they did not want to leave!"
