Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge hotel rooms a the Red Carpet Inn

"The woman at the PAID breakfast buffet is RUDE! She should be cleaning rooms and FAR AWAY from direct customer service. Breakfast was a JOKE! I’ve had better food (and service) at a FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST The rooms had been “updated” but in a very poor fashion. The bathtub faucet wasn’t even caulked to the wall so when we pulled the lever to start the shower it did nothing. We had to hold the faucet in order to pull the lever. Every shower bar was crooked. It was obvious this place was updated in a cheap and quick fashion. The waterpark was a BLAST! We will definitely be back just to visit the water park. The rest of the place we could do without though. "

"Amazing rooms you dont have to leave the resort for anything. Water park was a great time only thing i didn't like was the group of workers were doing the wave board on there break and spent awhile on it .but overall great time will definitely stay again it was cheaper to get a room and use the water park then pay gor water park passes and stay anywere else.parking was crazy but they also were packed it was about a 5 min walk from our car to main lobby to our floor "

"Room was clean. Elevator smelled funny. FYI they have two different hotels one on each side of the river the second one is the one I was in. It was an older hotel they tried updating but door was hard to unlock and didn’t shut tight. The bed was right next to the window that everyone walked by and the curtains had to use a clip to keep closed so people couldn’t see in. You had to get in your car to drive around the river and drive back out on the main drag or cut through other hotel parking lot just to get the free breakfast or go to the pool. "
