"Everything about this hotel exceeded by expectations. Rooms were modern and clean. Huge showerhead in shower and excellent water pressure. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast has many options and was an excellent start to our day. Indoor pool was clean, fun and open 24 hrs. As was the guest laundry and complementary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Even had family movies at night with complementary popcorn. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book here again when I decided to return to Pigeon Forge."
