"We enjoyed our stay! We loved the pools and hot tubs. Free breakfast was pretty good. The options are the same every day. The room was clean. It was easy to get around and was a good location for pigeon forge especially if you want to be close to The Great Smoky Mountain National Park or Gatlinburg."

"Overall, our stay was great. Unfortunately though, the laundry room was out of service and an employee was smoking in the stairs that lead down from our 2nd floor room when we were going to the pool. The smoking was truly a problem, as I have pretty bad asthma and a 4-year-old son. Even though she moved as we were coming down, we still had to breathe in her cigarette smoke."

"Great location off the main drag in town. Kids loved the lazy river. Go at the beginning of breakfast if you don’t like waiting, typical hotel breakfast. Appreciated the larger room option. A/C blows directly over sofa bed, so we used the cushions to divert the air flow."

"Location is beautiful and great spot for beautiful views of the Smokey mountains. Beds were comfortable. Space was comfortable. Hotel is aged and in terms of cleanliness was average. It is in the wilderness and bugs etc are to be expected on balcony. Hotel did warn of little bugs and to let them know. Pool is wonderful for kids. Bears in parking lots which was exciting to see but take their warnings about protecting your vehicle and be aware of surroundings. This was a highlight of our trip! I recommend this location."

"Very clean smells fresh when walk in. Thre staff was friendly always asked if needed anything breakfast was good. I will stay again. It's also dog friendly for a fee we didn't have my dog with us. ."
