Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge hotel rooms a the Guesthouse Inns

"I would defintely stay here again. The checkin was smooth and the young lady was so nice. The room was very nice but dont think i want to be next to the elevator again...very noisy,like a bomb going off,when in use but great room. Loved the balcony the lil river was my favorite. The room ws set up nice had a coffee pot so i was happy. The housekeper was spot on in keeping the room cleaned. She was super nice to. The young man at check out was good. I would stay again. We were there Saturday 21st to Wednesday the 25th 2026. Keep u the great work. "

"Everything about this place is amazing, room was spacious and awesome, kids and us each had our own places to sleep and the prices was amazing!!"

"There was a hidden charge of $18 per night for parking. If only I was informed about parking charge I don't mind paying it but I only came to know about it through my credit card statement and calling them to find out what was this for. I expect more transparency in parking charge."

"Room was clean but had a very loud wind tunnel like noise. Also, when I went to get on the elevator the door opened and then closed quickly as I was stepping in and the door smashed me. Almost a week later and I still have the bruising to show for it. The hotel staff seemed unbothered by the fact that I was hurt. I had to ask to talk to someone about it 3 different times before I got to speak with a manager. Not 1 "I'm sorry this happened" I then needed to stay an extra night because I was too sore to drive home 6 hours. One would think the hotel would have given compensation for the extra night or at least a discount. Nope, I was offered a $50.00 dining credit that wasn't good for anything other than room service or the bar and when I checked out, I had to go back to the front desk because my credit had not been applied. Customer Service Training needs to be done at this hotel. "

"They’re were some kids from an ffa trip being extremely loud in the hall way. When I called the staff after an hour of waiting nothing was done. "

"The hotel itseyset the standard of Embassy being really nice. The suite were very nice and very comfortable for my family of 4. The only problem with our room is that we had mold all in our shower and was told it would be taken care of the next day. Well the next day came but the mold was still there and I sent them pi to show proof. I also complained about our refrigerator barley was cooling. No one came to fix the refrigerator ."
