Gatlinburg - Pigeon Forge hotel rooms a the Benchmark

"Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers."

"OK, pool was not heated like they said it would be . No wash cloths . Only one elevator was working. The bed was very comfy .The staff was great. The lady that worked the breakfast buffet was great."

"Hard to imagine a better place to stay while in Gatlinburg. The rooms are fantastic. The showers are bigger than some closets, and have a three-nozzle setup that's amazing. The rooms also have balconies that have wonderful views of the surrounding area. The hotel property has a really nice bar, an an incredible pool area, and is centrally located within walking distance of pretty much anything in town. You have to pay for parking, but I guess that's par for the course in this area of Gatlinburg. I also have to say, I had a problem with my neighbors and the hotel immediately moved me to a different room. So customer service is top notch. Like I say, it's hard to imagine a better experience while staying in this town."

"This was a great property for families. My grandchildren had a great time and we coordinated with the RV park. I think for the price of the room, breakfast should definitely be included. We went out on our second morning to a regular restaurant for the same price! I was disappointed by the room location, for which I paid extra. I booked a balcony overlooking the pool and was put in a handicapped room overlooking the fake water tower in front. The room was very spacious and I had two of my grandchildren with me so I didn’t put up a fuss. "
