"It was a beautiful hotel and the customer service was awesome! The only issue we had was we found tobacco bags on the floor next to our bed! "

"Room was clean and close to to main strip. We saw a bear in the parking lot!! The creek side was nice as well. Shower pressure was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. Would definitely recommend. Friendly staff. "

"We loved the water features except due to being small build our water savy, athletic 5 year old couldn't come down the slides that 3 yr. olds were able to ride. Also closing the slides to change out lifeguards was disappointing."
