Wilderness at the Smokies - Stone Hill Lodge

"So to start off, we actually stayed in the resort across the street from Stone Hill, which was the wilderness at the Smoky I believe is what it’s called is the one that has the indoor and outdoor pool waterpark so when we found out that they reserved this rooms in a different motel we were upset but we dealt with it. It was fine. We took a shuttle bus across the street so that we were able to enjoy that stuff, but it was hard with a bunch of kids. Then when we get there, none of the ice machines work on none of the levels and when I asked Starbucks to give me ice, they were very rude to me and tried to charge me seven dollars then none of the vending machines would work on any floor so I had to go to the gift store and just for one candy bar was triple what it was in the vending machine. Then when we called to check on our reservations, we wanted to make sure that we were going to have access to all water parks, including Soaky Mountain come to find out we were told yes, but that was also a lie. This is our second trip and many other things happen that we are not happy about, but we will not be returning so good luck to anyone else that comes."
