"Friendly, professional check in by staffer with great personality, bathroom very clean, (thanks housekeeping), you have to pay for parking, plenty of dining options around but if you want something better than a Chilis you need a car but hotel has a restaurant "

"Room (and bathroom) was smaller than expected. Not bad for just a night stay. Breakfast was in a restaurant you have to pay for separately. Good location with parking garage. I suggest using valet due to cheaper price. Great for a game or concert if going to the spectrum center."

"We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room. I have heard that as an Expedia customer there are sometimes a few options in this area. But, I cannot recommend. The ceiling was peeling, the wallpaper was peeling. I took plenty of pictures, but in the end we just had to meet our obligations in the city for the weekend"
