"The rooms were spacious and more importantly to my party the A/C was adjustable from inside the room. Very clean, the staff is helpful, and the location is very convenient. Only 4 minutes from 2 stations on line 2. They do not offer room service but they have a number of restaurants and convenience stores under and across from the hotel."

"We stayed at ENA when we were in Seoul. The location was great, about a 15-20 min walk to Myeongdong and 10 min walk to Namdaemun. Also a 5 min bus ride to Gyeongbokgung. It was close enough to Myeongdong but quieter than staying there. The only difficult part was that our taxi driver didn't know the hotel (maybe because it's relatively new?) but that was right at the beginning. There was a pharmacy, Paris Baguette, and several coffee shops very close to the hotel so it was convenient when we needed to pick up breakfast or needed meds. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms were also bigger than most hotels which was great, given that there were 3 of us in each room (3 single beds which was already great)! Also, the airport limousine bus was right across the street on the main road which was very convenient! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast buffet had vegan options, however, the daily offering was minimal. Given the few options, what was offered was very delicious, just had to eat a lot of 2 or 3 items. No protein offering on my second day. Tofu would have been nice besides nuts. "

"Excellent staff, service and central location. Very close to subway station that connects to all over Seoul. Airport bus stops on same side of street as hotel and within a 2min walk to hotel. Great breakfast buffet to start the day. 5min walk to Myeongdong shopping and night life, but far enough from the noise. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Room was cozy, breakfast was nice (have Western and Korean choices - there was even a chef making your egg orders and noodles). Had a few restaurants and cafe below the hotel which was nice (used only the cafe which was amazing). Staff was friendly and room tidied up daily."

"My long stay at Nine Tree Dongdaemun was perfect! Highlights include: -Direct bus to the airport from the entrance of the hotel -Excellent room conditions ans a beautiful view -staff that are very helpful and kind, including the cleaning teams -amenities that helped me relax and recover from long days exploring Seoul -walking distance to tourist fav shops like Olive Young and others near DDP station -and so much more! "The hotel itself was in a good location for us, clean, nice staff. But the room was SO HOT the entire time we stayed here for 5 nights. From the first night when we came in and forward the room was 23.5- 25 degrees C. We were uncomfortable sleeping at night, even after we had showered before going to sleep. The AC needs to be fixed. In the summer it is probably miserable "
