"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for visiting Mount Vernon and anything in the DC area. The rooms are very nice and have everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The local area has great restaurants. The grounds were well kept and had great space for traveling with pets. "

"I took the opportunity to book through Expedia this time for a discount, 2 months ahead of our stay. NEVER AGAIN!! Due to no fault of our own, our connecting flight was missed caused by our airline.
When I called the hotel to push us out one night as we were stuck in Denver, the hotel wouldn’t talk to us. We had to call Expedia , by contract, who canceled our total reservation and re-booked it for $600 more!!!! Never use online reservations with secondary booking to save money. Hotel is great and we’ll go back soon. "
