The room was extremely clean, the amneties very nice, washroom immaculate. Doggy area well tended. The in room amneties were great!! One burner worked better than the other but both worked well, the dishes provided were more than enougg for two people to use, the small microwave powerful, the fridge very cold. Some of the furnishings are worn, the cabinets a bit faded but they were doing rennovation checks and there was nothing -gross- or uncomfortable, no cracks in the chairs, no cracks in the tubs etc. All in all it was a very comfortable stay with fantastic staff!

After staying at a Very unpleasant place this was something amazing to be had. Even though it was late and the door was locked someone came up immediately and let me in and check in was seamless. The whole way to my room and inside was clean and did not smell. They had safety regulations in place and soon more security renovations. very cool. The bed was very comfy and the whole room for the price was SUPER! Highly recommend next time I visit

The staff delivered exceptional service, and the check-in process was efficient. However, the visual representations of the rooms and the building's maintenance on display do not accurately reflect their current condition. The premises exhibited a general lack of cleanliness and an unpleasant odor. Upon entering our room, the pervasive smell was quite strong. I was hesitant to touch any surfaces. I requested disinfectant wipes from the front desk, which were thankfully provided. I refrained from utilizing any kitchen amenities due to their unsatisfactory cleanliness. We have stayed at other Sonesta Suites and have not experienced these same issues.

Amenities were great and had everything we needed. However, our stay was very disappointing due to strong cigarette smell in the rooms. After a long drive, we checked into a room that smelled unbearable. The agent did move us, but the second room only had one bed, so I had to sleep on a recliner—very exhausting, especially before a full Disneyland day. We ended up transferring rooms multiple times due to the smell, and my son even developed a rash. We finally got a proper room, but only on the last 2 days. overall, as much as they try to be helpful, its the most stressful time in our trip. mind you we drove for 4 days constant stops from hotel and motel. been to oldest ugliest motel but no smell of cigarette.
