The staff was extremely helpful. As a solo woman traveler i felt safe. They were promt in addressing any concerns & house keeping was great as well. Would stay again.

The check in was fast and easy. The room cleanliness is below average as the bathtub look very old and not perfectly clean. I am also very disappointed with broken hair dryer and worst of all, the shampoo and body soap were terrible they look so cheap I’ve ever seen. The soap is old and dry, I couldn’t feel the foam or anything came out, the shampoo was in a cheap plastic like to go ketchup packet. I didn’t really expect these from a $150/night Inn & suite.

The bathroom floor was dirty. The hair dryer in our room did not work - we stayed 4 nights and it was never fixed. We had to go out and buy our own. Will not be back.
