"This is an hourly hotel. They should not be on Expedia. We arrived early from a far away location. Staff said early checking ok. Then after 2 hours it came back and demanded 1000 plus pisos for the early check in. Staying 2pm check in. Yet you can go in at any time and get 24 hours. So it should had been more flexible as me and my friend that had another room reserved too was charged the same for early check it. Too bad the area does not have better hotels. "The rooms were very clean, showers were spotless, we had a welcome kit of towels blankets the ac was nice had access to t.v room service the food was good just took a little while, the staff was friendly and for the amount of days we stayed it was inexpensive "

"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim. -There's no WiFi connection. -There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online. -There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management. Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "
