"We chose to stay at your hotel specifically because we had an early flight and needed a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, our room was located right next to what appeared to be an ongoing party that continued well past midnight. There was constant noise—banging, loud voices, and items being dropped—which made it feel as though it was happening right outside our door. We were under the impression this is a hotel frequently used by guests with early flights. Is there not a designated quiet hours policy in place? As a result, we got virtually no sleep, which is extremely disappointing—especially for a short 10-hour stay at over $300 per night. We were also unable to take advantage of the included breakfast due to our early departure. This experience has left us quite dissatisfied, and unfortunately, it makes us unlikely to choose your hotel again."

"This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings around 6 from noise in the hallway. I was on the first floor and I also was playing white noise from a speaker to try to drown it out, and I was still woken up. The rooms themselves had patched seems/holes that weren't finished and just a really poor available amenities. I definitely wont be back."
