"Location and view are excellent. Rooms are basic and outdated but clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms are also very clean. Service is excellent in both the hotel and restaurant downstairs. "Wengen is a hidden gem and this property was fabulous! I stayed with my 4 kids on the top level, which was a space with 2 rooms and a loft. We had plenty of sleeping space and magnificent views of the mountains and valley. There are cute shops and fantastic restaurants in Wengen. Hotel Falken offered a nice breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful to us during our stay."
