"The AAA 4 diamond marketing probably sets the expectations a little too high. It's a little dated, the rooms are small given almost everyone there has kids, and they nickel and dime you on the attractions all but forcing you to buy the value pass."

"Room was clean with the exception of the hairs that were in the beds when we arrived. The TV’s did not work and had to get service for this and to fix the broken door so it would close. Also had to have them reset both beds and then the fire alarms went off multiple times anyone showered or the balcony ..."
