"I thought it was an incredible value for what we paid. I love the balcony overlooking the ocean a lot of stuff nearby just within walking distance."

"We thought our front desk guy was very polite and attentive. The only thing I don’t like is that I requested a downstairs room and was given an upstairs room. Since it was such an old building, there was no elevator. However, the front desk guy allowed us to switch to a downstairs room at no extra charge. The beds were bigger and we had our own separate kitchenette. The kitchenette was spacious but it seems like they could have put cabinetry along with some dishes and utensils for longer stays. The only other thing I didn’t like about the room is that the sink and closet area was so bright and there was not a separate door in between the room and the bathroom. When I was trying to sleep, my mom was getting ready for bed, and the lights were very distracting. We were able to park our car there for 4 nights while we went on our cruise, and it was very safe right next to the lobby. "

"The hotel is under construction, they did not inform us through email or text that it is under construction. When we arrived in Texas after driving 23 hours from Canada the front desk woman informed me that they didn’t have a room with the specifications I booked for us because of the construction, and that they could put us in two rooms instead, something I wasn’t very comfortable with as this meant my two teenagers would have to be in a room alone in a foreign country. The desk woman was not apologetic and only worked to get the two rooms on the same floor after I pressed the issue. During our stay the construction noise was quite loud during the day and there were small things like the air conditioner not working and the glass shower door refusing to stay closed. The hotel is clean and it will be nice after the construction but I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and service provided. "

"The door had a chunk taken out of the bottom and mosquitoes were all over in the room, we had to block it with a towel. The floors were sticky and the other rooms we rented smelled of cigarette smoke and had broken door frames. Door didnt seem to properly seal. The tv was damaged at the top. We were confused because we booked Station 6 but then we found out it was a Motel 6. "

"Room was clean, didn’t get any clean towels until we asked for them. Day staff was fantastic, night staff was terrible. Laundry room was locked, but we never needed it. Parking was close enough to our room. "
