The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. "Our family stay was amazing! The property is great, and the facilities are very good. Both rooms have A/C, and the location is convenient — about a 3-minute walk to a big supermarket, 6 minutes to the Metro, and 10–15 minutes to the Domodossola train station and tram. There is absolutely no other hotel with the convenience of being IN Terminal 1, and in front of the train station. No shuttle needed. "Super séjour, hotel mériterait 5 étoiles, tout était parfait même au delà !! nous y avons séjourné 7 nuits, très bon acceuil, hotel magnifique, chambre spacieuse, le 1er jour de retour dans notre chambre un mot de bienvenue ainsi qu'un plateau avec des mignardises nous y attendait, le savoir faire , et le jour de mon anniversaire au petit déjeuner les serveurs sont venus à notre table avec un plateau de petits gâteaux et fruits avec une bougie, quelle belle surpise , eux mêmes étaient radieux , le buffet du petit déjeuner est vraiment top , de bons produits, rien n'y manque, nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié, les plats servis au restaurant sont très fins, il mériterait que les clients y fassent au moins 1 repas, la piscine sur le toit très agréable avec un bar et de bons cocktails, le parking sous l'hotel très pratique et très propre (30 euro la nuit), métro au bout de la rue pour relier le centre rapidement, et centre commercial à 5 minutes à pieds. "
