"My family and I left on July 27th at 7am and returned at 10pm the same day and the beds had not been cleaned or changed, sheets, towels, etc. That was terrible, we expected to arrive to a clean and tidy place after a long day of excursion."
"I got lost all the time and it was a stretch to walk from my room to the pool area. If they could make signs larger or low lamination to walk ways, pools etc.
Also maybe offer to ride to areas .
I missed out on a few things because I didn’t want to get lost and walk around in the heat ."
