Great location. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We were on the 2nd floor with spectacular views of the red rock mountains. Breakfast was included and was excellent with something for everyone. The clubhouse at the Arroyo Villas (which was adjacent to the hotel and can be used by Best Western guests) had everything you could imagine including indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel needs a complete remodel and refresh. Great location, but the owners have taken advantage of this property, taking profits without much reinvestment. This is a cash cow that needs help to build the brand.

I was in charge of finding lodging for me and my 3 lady friends who were getting together after a few years for a vacay reunion in Sedona. I checked around many places in Sedona, trying to find the best situation for us. We would either require 2 or 3 rooms at minimum, but we all wanted to spend time together as much as possible. So I finally came upon the Best Western Arroyo Roble Hotel, where all of us could stay in a 2-story villa with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed in the livingroom AND 2-1/2 bathrooms, which was perfect. We enjoyed the villa, especially listening to the babbling creek which we could see and hear from our rooms. Perfect arrangement for multiple people... and yummy hot breakfasts were included every morning! The downtown location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and see in Sedona.

I enjoyed that we could use the amenities of the Arroyo Roble resort while staying at the Best Western. After a hike, it was wonderful to cool off in the pool, and then relax my muscles in the spa and dry sauna. There is access to Oak Creek is you’d like to swim there instead of the pool. It is also nice to sit and listen to the creek. Will only stay at this hotel when in Sedona.
