"What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature. Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! "

"The hotel was very nice over all. The staff interactions were not so great. Their customer service was terrible. I had to call the front desk to repair the light switch in the bathroom and the AC. It was repaired fairly quickly but the lady I spoke with was rude. She kept cutting me off. I couldn’t finish my sentence before she would cut me off. It was almost like she just wanted to get me off the phone quickly. The second interaction was at the pool. It was a simple question to ask if the roof would be retracted like the day before (it was 8 pm and a little chilly. The night before the roof was closed). The lady turned to me and as I was asking the question she turned around and walked off. Another guest at the pool saw the interaction and commented how that came off rude. The last interaction was on the day of check out. We wanted to leave our bags at the front to have lunch at the hotel before we headed to the airport. There was a line waiting for the bags to be checked in and the line wasn’t moving fast enough for him and he said something along the lines of “hello keep it moving”. The hotel has a neat design and the food at the restaurant was pretty good but their lack of customer service was noticed and I don’t think I’d be back. "

"My room had bed bugs. I killed one, and showed the evening manager another bed bug crawling around the bed, and his initial response was "just kill it." But even one or two bed bugs are too many, since they have other "friends". I asked to have my room changed, which they did. The other room had a stain in the mattress cover which was not a good sign, so I ended up sleeping on top of the covers. At least they also have laundry facilities onsite, so I was able to wash all my clothes to ensure that I left bug-free. Also, the "free full breakfast" is just a waffle maker, Quaker instant oatmeal, yogurt, and cereal. Although staff were nice and accommodating, I cannot recommend a hotel that has bed bugs. And the manager's response to "kill it" is not acceptable."
