"Everyone at the front desk was helpful and kind. Had a smooth check in and check out . Breakfast was set and timely every morning (630am-930am). I didn’t eat the breakfast by my kids did and they enjoyed it. I also appreciated there being turkey sausage available because myself and my family don’t eat pork. Ther was a good variety of breakfast items. This hotel doesn’t have a pool but that wasn’t a miss for my family. I had a small issue with my toilet flushing and not filling back up and they got maintenance on it right away. Over all good stay for my first time in New Jersey (I’m from Chicago). Would stay here again. Basic hotel . May not have all the whistles but it has bells. I would say 7/10 "

"No sink in bathroom, must use bedroom sink. No microwave in room, must use microwave in lobby. Stains on carpeting and walls. Not very clean. "

"One night stay for a concert. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable that I missed breakfast so I can’t comment on that lol. Super fast check in/out and friendly staff. I would stay here again. "

"Booked a getaway for my Fiancé and I.....Booked a king suite with jacuzzi tub. Would never ask her to go in that tub. Was dirty with hair in it. Lock on door was broke. Wont be back!!!"

"The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the cleaning staff was accommodating and attentive to room maintenance. The parking was good and hassle-free. "

"There is no mention that the property is next to a prison/Jail. Ice machines are only on even numbered floors. Front desk staff had one very helpful employee ( Sarah) but other than her, they women behind the desk could t be bothered with questions and their phone conversations seemed more important. Getting help finding transportation was a quick “get an uber”. Room was clean and cleaning staff was amazing. They were polite and did a great job cleaning and maintaining rooms. Restaurant is over priced and nothing can be charged to the room from the restaurant, although it is in the hotel itself. Small coffee bar runs out of products or products seem to have been sitting for a long time. Water was $6 a 1/2 liter. Overall for the price it was basic but the location is not ideal. "

"Airport shuttle was bad. Delayed over an hour. Had to take uber. Could not reach anyone at the hotel to get information. Just voicemail. No apology from staff. Just response of “we are very busy”. Room dated. "
