The rooms are quiet and the beds comfortable.
The breakfast buffet had a vast selection and was quite tasty.
It's close to Gare de Lyon and many metro/RER/bus lines although it is within a short walking distance to Bastille."

The location was perfect for us. Situated in the 11th Arrondissement, Bastille has such a vibrant multicultural vibe with amazing restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, pâtisseries, and food spots all around. It truly felt lively, welcoming, and safe even when walking around at night. If you are someone who loves food adventures and exploring local culture, this area is perfect.
Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for a couple. We stayed on the 2nd floor and had everything we needed. The washroom was spacious enough, and the hot and cold water worked perfectly after long days of exploring Paris.
What truly made this hotel exceptional was the hospitality. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel asking if we could leave our luggage since we were arriving earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. To our surprise, they went above and beyond and accommodated us with an early check-in at 10 AM. After a long flight, that gesture meant so much to us.
The staff and crew were all kind, polite, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Special shout out to Marianne, who welcomed us warmly and helped us during our entire stay. She truly went out of her way to assist us, especially with our Navigo Pass. Her kindness and excellent customer service made our Paris experience even more memorable.
Overall, we highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris. Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms"
