"Good location if you do not have a car. Ten minutes walk to bus line 1. Walking distance from the Mwasalat Azaiba bus station, the intercity station. Quiet location surrounded by many good, reasonably priced restaurants. Nice heated pool on rooftop with good views. The pool lost many little tiles, the water can be warmer for November. The rooms are luxurious, super clean and very well maintained. Nice views and good personnel. Check if your breakfast is included in the price. Nobody will tell you. Very good buffet breakfast. The best I had in Oman. The food is well cooked, good selection, super fresh and a real selfserve Nespresso machine. There is a large rooftop where you can have 360° views. You will find a well managed spa and a gymn near the pool. "

"My first ever visit to Muscat. I liked the hotel, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Got upgraded to the Royal Suite - which was SUPERB! Located in the City, many malls are nearby. There's a car rental desk in the lobby with availability of cars on site - which was a major Plus! Breakfast food was average."
