I called in the early afternoon of my check in date to advise the property of my late check in. It is all automated interaction. After 3 separate phone calls to reach a live person, I was advised that there would be a number posted on the door to call so someone would be able to check me in. I arrived at the property at 10:30PM. I called the number on the door, the person that I am assuming is the maintenance man came to get me checked in. After checking in, he was adamant about walking me to my room and taking my bags. Even after telling him multiple times, I got it, he was insistent.

Was not what I expected at all. Pretty sure they photographed and advertised the only room that got renovated because mine was not like the pictures at all. Paint chipping, bugs, rust, just outdated. The phone in my room didn’t work. The office isn’t open 24/7 so I had to call an after hours number when my key stopped working. The check in process took forever for no reason. It was just one thing after another. I will never stay here again.

Zero stars. Our door was open on arrival, looks like someone had been in the room. There was dirt, clothing tags,and blood on the comforter. Bathroom sink had makeup all over it. There was food left in the fridge. Roaches all over. There was no heat or hot water. The door looked like it had been kicked in and there was sharp metals sticking out. The bed was blocked the bathroom door so it couldn't be closed.

If you want to stay the night in section 8, low income neighborhood then this is your place. We pulled in and the people who live there is having a party inthe parking lot. Drug deals was happening in yhe stairs and ladies of the night strung out on drugs walking around. Not sure if I was worried more about being mugged or shot.

Reserved the room a month in advance, showed up an hour after the earliest check in time and they said I had to wait for a room to be cleaned. I came back in an hour and still no room comparable to the one I reserved. They showed me another room which was tiny and outdated. The area around the property was trashy, numerous units had people sitting in lawn chairs outside doing illicit things, and overall had a trashy feel. I do not recommend this place even though it is cheap.

Hotel was very outdated. Front desk hours are crazy- they close at 7pm. I had to call the night manager to let us into our room. He was great though. Came and checked us in and escorted us to our room. Walls were very thin and you could hear everything.

This place looked ok until you got to your room. I had to giggle and lift the door handle to get it to shut. The bathroom door didn’t shut at all. The only thing that was decent about this place is it was clean. The parking lot has broken down vehicles and one of them had people sitting in it all hours of the day and night.

The office closed at 7pm and they tried to called me shortly after they closed to tell me they didn’t have any rooms available after I made a reservation. They said that because I booked through a third party site they did not guarantee a room. When I asked for a refund they suddenly had a room available. They had the overnight security check me in when I arrived at 10pm after a wedding. The key card reader to my room did not work so the security guard had to let me in anytime I had to leave the room. The floors of the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper, and though I requested a nonsmoking room it smelled horrendous. There were other guests fighting outside of my room until 2am waking up everyone on that side of the facility. They knew I only booked for one night and didn’t warn me that the office was closed on Sundays. I had to call the security line which referred me to another phone number who then sent me to escalations just to check out. This stay was horrible and I will not be staying at my Red Roof or their affiliated hotels/motels ever again.
