"I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. The reception (when we found it) was a small office room in which staff were eating their meals. We were directed to chalet accommodation which quite frankly was shabby ( stained carpets and linen).
