"Excellent"

"I booked this hotel for a 4 night stay for me and two work colleagues. Upon arrival on Sunday afternoon, 6th August 2023, the lady at reception said that she had no record whatsoever of our bookings and said that we couldn’t stay as the hotel was fully booked. When I showed her the paperwork from Hotels.com confirming the booking she was unmoved and refused to honour our booking. No apology although she did telephone a local guest house and they accommodated us for our 4 night stay."

"I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. "I had an excellent stay at Protea hotel. It was very comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. It was quiet at night so I was able to get some great sleep. The whole staff were awesome, extremely helpful and courteous. "
