"This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( don’t reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). Check in was easy and place is like the photo. It’s a very perfect place to bring dogs and kids. The view is beautiful. We managed to see Mt Fuji. Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent hotel! Staff were delightful and it was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities (including pyjamas!). It was an easy 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Disneysea was further on foot (about a 40 minute walk) but it was simple to get a taxi and you can be there in 5 minutes. We had a Family Room and it was surprisingly spacious and enough room for my family of four. Thank you for having us!"

HOTEL METROPOLITAN OIMACHI TRACKS TOKYO

10/10 Excellent

"Nicely situated near a train station, and the noise from the trains does not disrupt you whatsoever. It makes the location extremely convenient, especially if you need easy access to Haneda Airport. From the airport it is about 30 minutes via the monorail and train. From the hotel, getting to Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and Shinjuku takes roughly 30 minutes as well. The area is much quieter than the city's busier districts, but there are still plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If you're looking for a more local vibe, this is definitely a great spot. The room was spacious, especially considering that many hotel rooms in Japan are even smaller. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the amenities and bathroom were excellent. The rooftop bar is definitely worth checking out for the views. It's absolutely stunning."

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-ariake

"The hotel is connected to the mall, which is very convenient. The restaurants in that mall open till 11 PM. The spa that’s connected to the hotel seems amazing, but we didn’t try it because there’s an additional fee for an all day pass. The room itself was spacious like an American hotel. You can tell the hotel is a little old because of the TV and Aircon remotes."

Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay for 8 nights in September (2026) and absolutely loved it - the property and location were exceptional. There were 2 of us traveling, mostly in the Tokyo area, and both adults. The hotel itself was beautiful - the lobby and restaurants were clean and our room was fabulous. It was huge by Japanese standards and would be comparable to a regular North American room at a Sheraton. Our beds were SO comfortable with lots of pillows.As a Bonvoy member, they upgraded us to a room that faced directly into both parks. There was a free shuttle that ran frequently between the hotel and the Maihama train station/Ikspiari .There is a huge, well-stocked Disney gift shop in the hotel. I could go on and on. The staff were incredible. From check-in to any requests during our stay to the exceptionally helpful bell staff, everyone was fantastic. We really like Toastina, a basic cafe with delicious pastries and coffee. My only complaint about the hotel was the lack of affordable eating. The 3 restaurants were all pricey. I wish the hotel had a Lawsons/7-11 - I've heard the Hilton beside the Sheraton has 2 Lawsons, which would be great for quick snacks after a long day in Tokyo or at Disney. Overall - LOVE this hotel and will definitely book again on our next trip!"
