Wonderful hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The food was superb, we were spoilt for choice at breakfast, the dinner we had at the hotel was also delicious. The shuttle bus into Funchal was a great service and when that was not on the staff would call a taxi for you.

Perfect

This is an excellent hotel, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Madeira. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, everything is extremely clean, the breakfast is delicious with lots of choice. The room was big, tastefully decorated and well equipped with a comfy bed. The hotel is set in a botanic garden that’s a wonderful oasis and so relaxing. There is a great pool and other leisure facilities. There is also a tortoise. What more could you want? Look no further - stay here!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Since the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like we were in heaven. The grounds, the pool, and the facilities are so well kept. The workers and staff are the kindest and friendliest that we have ever encountered. All in all a truly wonderful experience.

Superb, Bravo!

Exceeded expectations on every front. Superb and personalised service from the moment of arrival to departure. Equivalent to the very best one could expect from the Raffles in Singapore, the Mandarin in Hong Kong, and many other gems. Nothing was obtrusive and attention was warm and friendly by everyone.
