"Wonderful property! Only complaint is there was no soap or shampoo/body wash in the bathroom anywhere! Had to wash hands with dish soap found under the sink. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to go to the lobby and asked. Tried calling once but was on hold forever."

"AC was nonexistent in our first room before being moved. Second room had mold all around the tub and shower. Huge gaps around the door frame. Quiet area though and the staff member who checked us in and changed our room was great and professional."

"The hotel is a bit older and in need of some upgrades and refreshing. Overall our room was nice, clean and spacious. Truly enjoyed the hotel and time spent there. Would definitely stay again"

"Although our stay was “okay” since we spent most of the day out and only returned in the evening, there were several aspects this time that we did not like. The room had a very strong moldy smell, which made it uncomfortable to be in. We understand that housekeeping is scheduled every third day, but the service was still lacking. The person in charge of changing the trash bags never restocked the coffee supplies, nor did they replenish shampoo, conditioner, or soap. They only replaced the large towels, while the medium and small ones were taken away and not replaced. Additionally, the pool area (including the gardens and surrounding spaces) was poorly maintained. There was even trash left on the chair designated for people with disabilities. Considering the environment, this kind of neglect can become a safety risk, especially with the plants and outdoor areas not being properly cared for. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very kind and attentive, and the breakfast was good."

"3-4 days it’s ok to stay there, more than that I wouldn’t recommend it, place needs maintenance but asap, it needs some serious renovation but on the good side, service staff and managers are great people. "
