"Room was still drity from last guest it had jolly rancher wrappers in the washer hair everywhere etc Pool area was dirty the whole time had diapers sitting around that was wet and soggy. "

"For the price you pay for one night you would expect complimentary water would be in your room. Along with a complimentary breakfast at the least. I ordered an americano from the cantina and I paid $6 for something that tastes like water with a splash of coffee. We got mini corn dogs and a salad and our total was $33. Staying at the hotel is not worth it. The only thing free is the water park (yes as advertised) but for the price you pay you would think there would be more options to add on complimentary or at a discounted price since you are paying to stay there. They asked if we wanted a birthday banner for $15… it looks like a toddler put it up and is NOT $15 worthy. I asked for a cup of water for my child at the coffee shop they said we had to pay for the bottled water even as a hotel guest. Not to mention the inconvenience of check in being 4pm and check out 10 am. You’re not even getting a full 24 hours for your stay. My child had a blast non the less but because I forked out over $300 more for her happiness AFTER paying for our room. We will come back for the water park but we will NOT stay at the hotel again. "

"Bathroom was horrible floor laminate was moldy and water was coming out when you stepped on it. The bathroom door was off its hinges. The shower looked like it was painted by a twelve-year-old. All the stainless steel was rusted. But the worst part was stepping on the floor and getting your feet.Wet, every time from the water coming out from underneath the laminate flooring and the mold."

"Horrible one night stay. When we arrived they had run out of room keys and check in took over an hour. We, along with three other groups, eventually had to be let into our room by staff and were unable to both leave at the same time because we would be locked out. The room and elevators were dirty. Overall very bad experience, I would not recommend staying here. There are plenty of other places in the area at a similar price point. "
