"We were so happy to stay here. We had a situation with another property we booked and the VRBO team jumped in and got us set up with this property. The on site property managers were awesome and even got us into the property a little early. This was a wonderful location and really close to the Earl Street station. "I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."
