The hotel staffs were excellent and helpful. The bath powder that you can get from level 2 was a highlight after a long day walk. The bed and pyjamas were comfy. The only down side was the room was a bit too small for a family of 4.

THE BASICS FUKUOKA
We had a memorable stay in Fukuoka and the hotel experience plays a large part in it. The rooms are modern, big and clean. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Hakata station. Mitsui Garden Hotel Fukuoka Gion
The staff was very courteous and friendly during the check-in. English check-in was smooth and no issue, and I also heard Korean. There was a public bath as well which I always love.
