Smoking room not ideal.
Only had a smoking room which wasn’t ideal. Also was charged Y1000 for checking out at 11am. Seems checkout is 10am here. Good location though and immediately next to a Family Mart.

The hotel is not too far from Hakata station which is a main point of transportation. Great bars and Yatai are walkable distance.

2, parking need YEN 1,000 charge, but I only park 2 hours, costYEN 540 only (I paid too much)

天神近くにあるため利便性は良いものの､国道沿いの為、少しうるさいです。
夜遅くにチェックインしたら、受付の女性が無愛想で笑顔ひとつありませんでした。
お部屋に、お茶のティーパックやドリップコーヒーなどのサービスがあるともっと嬉しかったです。
電話対応してくれた方や､チェックアウトの際の対応は良かったです。
