スタッフは対応を直ぐにして頂き、有り難かったです。部屋の空調設定が冷房を使いたかったが、全館統一との事で、暖房だけで暑くて寝苦しかった。後は、朝食メニューの品数を増やして欲しい。野菜などが無かったのも残念

チェックインの時間帯に大渋滞で30分は待ちました。朝食をたべるところが少ないのかなぁと思いました。私はタイミングよく入れましたが私たちの後からたくさんこられてすごい圧力を外から感じながら朝食をとりました。もう少しゆっくり朝食をいただきたかったです。

A short walk from Hakata train station, so convenient if travelling by train. Clean room and friendly staff. Only stayed 1 night as a stopover but very happy with the room. Typically good and just what you expect from an APA hotel in Japan.

部屋も清潔で快適で過ごしやすかったのですが､同じ系列のホテルが近くに何店舗かあり､外観も同じな為､ホテル入口正面にあるホテルの名前をみないと自分が宿泊するホテルかが分かりにくかったです。
