Very Dusty rooms. No service. I also give it this rating because I booked last minute and I paid a premium, but if you get this room in advance you can get it at a good price. I paid over double for my stay. Great location. Subway station right in front of hotel. One stop away from hakata station. One stop away from Tenjin. I love Fukuoka but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Black walls and dusty rooms. They do not service the rooms so you’re better off getting an air Bnb. I had luggage delivered to the hotel and they didn’t accept it, even though I was already checked in. Therefore, I had to call Yamato and figure it out. Great location. But my least favorite stay during my month long trip in Japan. If you can book in advance and get the rooms at a good rate. Go for it. My 4 nights were ¥100,000. I wouldn’t recommend it. But not the worst.

『立地だけ』で選ぶなら最高です。部屋は薄暗く、壁がとにかく薄いのか？廊下や左右上下からの騒音が酷いです。中国観光客の方が同じフロアのいくつかの部屋に宿泊していて部屋のドアを開けっぱなしで行き来したり、深夜早朝問わず廊下で大声で会話するので非常に迷惑でした。

基本的にインバウンド客のためのホテルなのだと思います。コスト削減のためなのか、シャンプーボトルなどは百均のもので耐久性がなくボコボコ、ホテル情報をまとめたタブレットは化石のように古く、スタンドも全く強度がありません。タブレットには大した情報も入っておらず、基本的にチェックアウトのためだけのものです。また冷蔵庫をテーブル横に無理やり詰めたようで、おかしな方向に開きます。 Wi-Fiは割と早く、システム自体は悪くないので、おそらくデジタル方面に強い方が監修したのでしょうが、内装が完全に素人設計でした。

入ったホテルのシーツにかなりの血がついていて、シーツを変えてもらうか、部屋を変えて欲しいと申し出て、カードを持ってきてもらったが、すみませんの一言もなく、カードをただ渡された。新しい部屋に行くともらったカードでは部屋の鍵が開かず、フロントに再度戻ってまたカードを返却されて試したがうまくいかず。態度も悪いまま結局30分近く待たされた。明るくハキハキと話してすみませんと言っていただけたらまだ待ってもいいなと思いましたが、終始対応が良くなく、せっかくの旅行でいい気持ちができなかったのでキャンセルしてもらいました。ただ、その後キャンセルの旨サポートより電話しますとと言われていましたが電話は来ず、返信もされていないままです。

取り越し苦労でした

口コミ読んだ時にチェックインに矢鱈時間かかるとか色々書いてる人いたので少し予定があったから心配してたけど、届いたメールから先に宿泊税を払いなおかつアーリーチェックインしとくと次官になったらタブレット画面にQRコード見せるだけでチェックイン完了でした多分書いたのこういうのが苦手な人なのかな？でも二階にいちおうチェックイン迄の無料休憩スペースと人も女性スタッフがいるので聞けば教えてくれると思います

위치가 정말 좋은 숙소입니다

구시다진자마에 역 5번출구 바로앞에 있습니다. 여행날에 갑자기 비나 가벼운 눈이 왔는데 역 바로앞이어서 특별히 우산을 사지 않고도 지하철을 이용해서 시내에서 놀았습니다. 캐널시티도 지하도 및 통로를 이용해서 갈 수 있습니다.
