"予約時に、他のホテルと迷っていたのですが、朝食付きの表示があったので、こちらのホテルに決めました。が、朝、食堂に行くと、電気が点いておらず、物価高もあり、朝食はやっていないとのことで… 飲み物だけなら出せますとのことで、コーヒーをいただいていると、サラダとフルーツならありますと、提供していただきました。結果、物足りず、チェックアウト後、モーニングを食べに行きました。事前に分かっていれば、他を選択していました。それ以外は、問題なく気持ち良く過ごせたので、残念でした。"

"Very nice and clean hotel, you get the feeling of a luxury hotel from the moment you walk through the doors. Staff were all very kind and friendly. The room is very clean and has ample space overall - there were only a few hangers for your clothes but that wasn't much of an issue for us. We loved that we were within walking distance to Dotonbori as well as many other attractions. Entry to the train station is just outside the hotel as well which was very convenient. We will definitely be looking to stay at Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka again next time we are back!"

The design is modern and beautiful — everything feels fresh and thoughtfully put together. Staff were friendly and genuinely helpful throughout the stay, which always makes a difference. The location is the standout: right next to the train station, which makes exploring Osaka (and day trips) incredibly easy. Breakfast is on the pricier side, but the variety is huge and the convenience factor is hard to argue with when you’re trying to maximize your day. "This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the entertainment district of Namba and within easy walking distance to Dotonbori. There are numerous great restaurants and bars close by and Namba walk with all its shopping is approx 50 metres from the hotel. You can easily walk from Namba Station via the underground walkway which makes it very convenient depending on weather. The hotel has complimentary laundry facilities and the guest lounge is great with complimentary alcohol and snacks. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a variety of food options but at 3,600 yen per person there are cheaper options nearby."

The location of the hotel is perfect for us, it is near Namba park, quiet, safe but still within walking distance to transportation. There are many shoppings, cafes and dining options around the areas. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Osaka in the future. Highly recommended!"
