"Stay was convenient. Although i did try to contact staff by email and phone i had no luck. But i also didnt book directly with the hostel so its not their fault either. Luckily there was somoene willing to help get in contact with staff. Bedding was comfortable enough, room was provided with air conditioning. But all in all its totally fine for a short stay. Right next to family mart and easy self check in ~ bonus!! "

I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "This property was a treat to stay in, especially for the price. The traditional futons made for a quiet, relaxing evening before a busy day of touring Fujiyoshida. I was a huge fan of the wood floor bathroom and wooden bathtub as well. I would recommend spring or summer stays, as the traditional construction means it will be quite cold in the winter, but it was a lovely stay and I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mt. Fuji."

"Had an awesome stay here. The view of the lake was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service throughout was fantastic. The entire team was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely love to come back!"

"My mother and I traveled from the U.S. and had a wonderful stay here. The Mt. Fuji view right in front of the hotel was breathtaking. The food was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We also loved relaxing in the onsen. A beautiful and memorable stay with my mother. I would definitely come back!"

"A most excellent property and staff! Highly recommend - 5 ***** star rating. View of Fuji-San is amazing. Gardens and Koi pond are well maintained. Spacious room with plenty of storage for luggage, large closet, sofa and chair. Onsen and breakfast buffet are fantastic! Staff is very helpful and kind. Hourly Shuttle service to/from Kawaguchiko Station was very useful, 10 min away. Nabeya Japanese restaurant was delicious and only 3 min walk away."

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."
